What does it cost to ship

We offer the
best possible discounted
shipping prices via UPS, EMS
Express
and International Registered air mail. The
base price for any
package is $6 and include
insurance of delivery with a
tracking No. So it usually
pays to add many small items in
one order for the same shipping

There is
only a $1.50 for packaging & handling
fee per order.
For some
specialty items requiring
crating (eg: Large Display
Menorahs, Synagogue
furnishings) as well as
items that are bulky or
destination overseas, the shipping
charge may be adjusted
accordingly. It is
recommended that the Express
option always be used for
overseas shipments. For
packages over 2 Kg in weight
and shipped from our Israel
office, Express must be
chosen. If it isn't we will
automatically ship it EMS
Express and adjust your
invoice by $19.95.
Occasionally, due to deep
discounts offered online, a
large or heavy order can be
made within the thresholds above requiring
additional shipping. In
these cases, we reserve the
right to adjust the shipping
charge to share the shipping
cost. we will make an
attempt to notify you the
customer of the required
change by email.
What is your shipping time ?
Items require 2-3 business days to
prepare for packaging and postal
pickup, if they are not custom hand
made.
Your orders will ship on a timely
basis from one of 2 most direct
offices, North America or
Israel. If shipping
Standard UPS mail within or to the
USA shipping will take anywhere from 2 -
7 days to arrive, while Express
shipping will arrive in
1 - 2 business days as per request. Packages shipped from our Israel office that
begin with tracking RRXXXXXXIL have been
sent registered air parcel and take 8-15
business days in transit. Tracking from
Israel beginning
with EEXXXXXXIL have been sent express air
and transit time is approximately 3 - 7
days. Both are confirmed shipped from this
website
www.Postil.com & show only the date the
package was received at the Israeli Postal
Authority to be shipped to it's destination.
Once in transit no tracking updates
are available until delivery or attempted
delivery. Upon delivery or attempted
delivery your local post office (usps.com
in the USA) scans the package and provides
update. If the package does not show there
yet, rest assured your package is in transit
with a guarantee to arrive. Registered Air
Mail, means we receive a tracing number and
proof of delivery on all packages. If a
package should get lost by the postal
service (either one), we can confirm that it
did not reach the recipient, and can put a
trace and subsequent claim on it.
Please allow the allotted time to arrive.
*Once you have
a tracking number, do not follow up
with ahuva for status, but rather
the delivery company. For all
packages begining with (RR or EE#
call USPS at 1-800-222-1811. For all
packages from UPS call
1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877). If you
don't have your tracking, log into
ahuva.com under "My Account" and
retrieve / view your tracking
information online.
Many times, packages arrive earlier
than these guidelines. Note: when
an item is back ordered or specially
made (eg: designer tallits), allow
longer time to make. Orders placed
after 4PM Monday through Thursday
will be processed next business day.
Orders placed after 12PM Friday will
be processed the following Monday.
There are no weekend shipments. You
may choose the Express shipping
option at checkout to ship items 1 -
3 Day expedited. We have a "Special
Instructions" box at checkout,
specially tailored to place a
"Required Date" if any. Please mark
the date required under "Special
Instructions" if it's important and
we'll upgrade shipping to express if
required on a best efforts basis and
to our own discretion if deemed
acceptable and significant. There
will be a $25 fee to do so.
If
there are any products that are
back-ordered, you charge will be
adjusted for any missing items. The total order
value, however, will be shown on
the packing slip that is
included with your shipment
You will receive an email
confirmation with every order and a
tracking link. Please check this

not, please login to the website
under "My Account" and view and
print your open orders.

Please include any notes to us upon checkout in
the "Special Instructions" box,
such as specific dates which an
item is needed for, spelling of
personalized products like
benchers, tallit bags, towels
etc. If you require an item by a
specific date, ALWAYS specify
the date under special
instructions at checkout. This
is clearly marked at checkout
time. Please note, if no date is
specified we will prioritize
shipping as we can, with no
guarantee of arrival date since
we don't have a date from you in
advance of shipment, therefore
we will not be responsible if a
deadline is not met.
If for whatever reason, you
receive a shipment requiring
duty
or customs charges, please note,
this is normal for receiving
packages outside of the USA.
Buyers must be aware of your
local government charges. Accept the
charges to avoid the package
returned which will incur
further costs to you. If you
wish, we will gladly
review the charges with you to
assist in resolving a lower liability
by providing documentation or
clarity for discount. Please
note, orders to the UK now have
new Duties and VAT charges for
items above $35 value. So please
indicate if you want your
package stated at a specific
value to avoid un-necessary
charges.
All items are deemed delivered
if a Tracking Number is provided
to the customer and the company
of delivery confirms the package
has been delivered. If a
delivery has been attempted and
the customer fails to pick up
their package the onus
completely lies with the
customer and no refund will be
issued for missing packages due
to customer's negligence of this
kind. Failure to pick up
package, will cause the package
to be sent back to us. If so, we
will re-send the package once
more and re-charge for shipping.
In both instances, the onus lies
with the
customer to mediate with the
Postal Service and pick up their
package.
Where do you provide shipping to
?
We ship worldwide. In fact,
we have shipped to more
countries than any other store
online simply because we have
warehouses on both sides of the
ocean. Your shipment is
guaranteed to arrive with a
registered air mail number for
any regular shipment and an EMS
or UPS Tracking number for
express shipments. Some of the
most common places we ship
outside of North America, have
been to the UK, Australia,
Europe and South America. If the
package is small (Jewelry and
other small gifts) the shipping
price is the same and can go
standard air. Otherwise, choose
the EMS/Express option to cover
shipping costs. If there are any
adjustments required, we will
advise you via email to confirm
after the order is placed.
How do I obtain Shipping Status
of my order..
Every order receives a confirmation email
with all the details of the order.
a) Login
given the link provided in your
confirmation email received. We
generally provide Shipping Date
, Shipping Method, and any other
special notes related to your
order right online. During peak
seasons, we at times ship all
packages and update our online
tracking thereafter. So if your
order shows "unshipped" there
may be a good chance it has been
shipped and status update to
follow.

In the event your order is time
urgent, please
contact us
here. You
must provide Order
Date and Order ID. Note, if this
is the case, we strongly
recommend you mark the order
with a time requirement date
under "Special Instructions"
during your order online.
Please keep in mind that orders
can be delayed around the
holidays, and international
orders are often held in customs
for several days.
What is your return policy?
Please check your order promptly
upon receipt.

Damages/shortages must be reported to us
within 10 days of receipt of order. All
damaged items due to delivery should be
claimed through UPS or the postal
service first.

Unfortunately, we are unable to send
call tags
If you need to return merchandise, please be
aware that:

Returned items must have their original
labels, and be folded and packed in the
original packaging.

Unless the return is due to an oversight
on ahuva's part a 15-20% restocking fee
will be charged excluding shipping
charge.

Seasonal items are not returnable
after the season. Please anticipate your
needs.

Items that were special ordered (not
pictured on our site) or
personalized may not be returned.

All items listed in our 'Best Buy'
department are deemed as final sale as
the price of these items are usually
below cost.
All returns require
you contact Ahuva Judaica in
advance
here for instructions to
re-send the item(s) to avoid
duties and brokerage fees.
Please enclose order ID. Ahuva
Judaica will make every effort
to replace the item or provide
store credit upon receipt of the
item. If the item arrives
damaged due to poor packaging,
then no credit will be issued.
So please make sure to
re-package it appropriately.

"About Us" Tab.
If for any reason, you
feel there is an error in
charge on your credit card after
a purchase is received, please
email us stating your claim. We
are an honest company but at
times we too can make a mistake.
Almost 100% of the time we
resolve your conflict to
your 100% satisfaction.
Please do not dispute the
charge with your credit card
company simply because this
is a very time consuming and
costly procedure resulting
in a long wait period to
receive your possible credit and
additional unnecessary charges.
If a chargeback is initiated
without prior consent or invalid
reason, there will be a $25
re-charge fee that is levied by
the credit card processing
company.
